Wood carvings
Please contact us if there are any issues. If you do wish to return, you will need to pay for return shipping and a the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Print on demand products
All items on this site that are not wood carvings are made and shipped by a 3rd party print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item in order for us to assist you with an exchange. A clear photo of the issue will be required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Shipping returns
A return address will be provided.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you would like a discounted return label, we can provide one upon request. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
